Ashley Hunter had her highest scoring game of the season, helping her team earn a 16th straight victory after defeating McHenry County College 80-64.
Aside for a tight second quarter that saw the Cyclones hold a narrow four-point lead, they regained control the rest of the game to surge to the 16-point victory. Hunter had a big night, posting 30 points and 12 rebounds. Julia Ruzevich was the only other player to score double digits (20 points, 10 rebounds). Destiny Thames and Kate Ruzevich (five assists) each grabbed 11 boards.
