In another shutout victory, the Cyclones overpowered the visiting Malcolm X Hawks yesterday, winning 5-0.
Once the Cyclones scored in the 37th minute, they made it routine until the end. Omar Barragan and Daniel Rohder scored in the first half with assists from Hyoungwoo Kim, Daniel Kasaggoma and Christian Cunningham. Odunsi Adedolapo, Kasaggoma and Kim each scored within 10 minutes of each other in the second half. Assists came from Fernando Alvarez, Amin Mizyed and Kasaggoma. Gustavo Flores recorded the shutout in the net, saving three in the effort.
