A second-half goal kept the Cyclones win streak at 12 after battling it out with Kankakee Community College on Sept. 29.

The Cavaliers struck first to get on the board, and it took nearly the entire first half before the Cyclones tied it up on a goal by Odunsi Adedolapo (assist by Daniel Rohder). Feeling energized after halftime, the Cyclones came out ready, scoring the go-ahead within 10 minutes. Fernando Alvarez came to the rescue again, aided by Tomasz Kulak, for the 2-1 victory.
