Taylor and Burd put up big numbers in victory

The Cyclones were back on top after securing a 90-74 victory over Waubonsee Community College.

Once the Cyclones jumped ahead in the first half, they maintained the lead until the finale. At halftime, they were up 46-30 and nearly duplicated their offense in the second half while holding off the Chiefs. Leading the offense was Isiah Burd with 28 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Anthony Taylor had a monster night under the basket, grabbing 23 rebounds in addition to adding 18 points. Trace Williams also had a solid game with 21 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Coming off the bench, Jalen Levy had one of his best games with 12 points and six rebounds.
