Facing the undefeated conference lead, McHenry County College, the Cyclones were stunted on offense, losing the doubleheader at home.

GAME 1
The Scots got nearly all their runs in the first inning before the Cyclones stopped them. They earned their two runs in the final two innings, losing the matchup 14-2.

The Cyclones were able to get on the board in the bottom of the fourth inning after Dimitri Spatharakis (1-for-3) singled and scored when Christian Cardenas (1-for-2) hit a hard grounder that caused an error. They earned their other run in the fifth after Arnoldo Velazquez (1-for-2) singled, Ayden Lasson (1-for-1) walked and Christian Rosales (1-for-3, RBI) hit an RBI single. However, the next three batters after that struck out and lined out.

GAME 2
Although the Cyclones had four hits this game, they only scored once in the 13-1 loss.

The Scots had some walks and steady hits to ramp up the score before the Cyclones got on the board in the third inning. Augustus White (1-for-2) started that inning with a double before Niko Mastoras hit a sac fly to score the run. Jack Hoh (1-for-3) came up next with a single, but Spatharakis grounded out to the end the inning and the scoring. Other hits came from Lasson (1-for-1) who had a single in the fourth and Rosales (1-for-3) who doubled in the fifth.
