Too tight

After a decisive win on Friday, the Cyclones had too many strikeouts on offense and a few errors cost them a tight 3-2 loss to Kankakee Community College.

Pitchers from both teams battled it out with Timothy Dobrik taking the mound. He lasted six innings allowing six hits and three runs while striking out four. The Cyclones didn't get on the board until the sixth and seventh innings but held the Cavaliers after the fifth. Only five Cyclones could muster hits in this game with Gilbert Jaime-Baez (2-for-3, RBI) and Stephen Insley (1-for-3, RBI) earning the only runs.
